- Multiple Video Input Support: Record simultaneously from various cameras (e.g., 4, 8, 16, 32+ play/rec channels).
- Resolution Options: Supports recording in resolutions ranging from Full HD (1080p) to 4K, depending on device specifications.

Video Compression
- Advanced Compression Formats: Uses broadcast and general-purpose codecs like H.264, H.265, or H.265+ to maintain image quality while reducing file sizes.
- Format Supported: XDCam (50-35), XAVC, DNxHD, DNxHR, MP4, ProRes.
- Format Configuration: Broadcast-standard formats with predefined bitrates are supported, allowing simultaneous multi-format recording.
Storage Management
- High Storage Capacity: Supports both internal and external hard drives or SSDs with high storage capabilities.
- RAID Support: Enables data redundancy and security through RAID configurations.
- Long-Term Storage: Export and archive videos to external media, including NAS, USB drives, or cloud servers.
- Loop Recording: Continuous recording for a specific duration while preserving protected clips.
- Edit While Ingest: Supported for selected formats (e.g., Premiere supported, Avid pending testing).
Video Playback and analysis
- Synchronous Playback: Allows synchronized playback of multiple video streams using timecode or synchronization for video walls (gang mode).

- User Management: Implements multi-level permissions and authentication, each user has different layout for Metadata Logging/tagging. Each user has assigned Ingest/play configuration.

- Audio Channels: up to 16 Ch, 32 bit 48 Khz
- Dante Audio support: via a dedicated LAN port.
- Routing: possibility to use and map different audio channels even from different sources
