Work with us
Nine products. No tickets to hide behind.
If you have ever wanted to own a product rather than a component of one, this is what that looks like. Our software runs live channels for tier-1 operators across three continents, and the person who wrote a feature is the person who supports it at 03:00 when it matters.
What it is like
The trade we are offering
Scope, not scale
You will not be handed a backlog item in someone else's design. Engineers here own whole products — architecture, code, integration and the customer conversation.
Real stakes
The software is on air. That is the appeal and the pressure in the same sentence; it is worth knowing which one you are answering.
AI as leverage, not theatre
We use it to compress work that used to take quarters, in the products and in how we build them. It is the reason a team this size can ship at this scale.
Broadcast is a real discipline
Frame accuracy, ST 2110, SCTE-35, 24/7 redundancy. If you like problems where "roughly right" is not a passing grade, you will enjoy it.
Le Marche, Italy
Headquarters in Tolentino. Discuss remote and hybrid arrangements with us — we would rather have the right person than the nearest one.
Short lines
The CTO is in the technical conversations. There is no layer between having an idea and being able to argue for it.
Open roles
Where we usually need people
Software engineering
C++ and modern web stacks, media pipelines, microservices. Broadcast experience is welcome, not required — the domain is teachable, the engineering standard is not.
Solution architecture
Workflow analysis, system design and the customer conversations that precede both. Broadcast or media IT background expected.
Project & support
Project managers and support engineers who can run a commissioning and then stand behind it on a Gold plan.
Apply, speculatively or otherwise
Tell us what you have built and what you want to build next. A link to real work is worth more to us than a formatted CV — although you are welcome to attach one.
Applications are read by the team you would join. We reply either way.
